The Field Guide to the Plant Species of Hidden Vale Research Station is a 208-page guidebook covering over 170 species of plants that are found in the Hidden Vale nature reserve.
Each plant species in the guide is presented on its own page as several photos of different parts of the plant's anatomy. Both the common and scientific names are included, as well as a text description of the plant and various and scientific information.
To organise the large amount of information, the plant listing is arranged into 7 colour-coded sections, and is cataloged by a table of contents, an index of common names, and scientific name index.
